Return Policy


Return product within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

  1. Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival.
  2. Contact us immediately, if the item has been damaged.
  3. All claims must provide a photo of the damages product for the replacement.
  4. We will issue a full refund for any returned items when your return meets the requirements; items must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and no missing parts.
  5. An item that is returned without authorization or an RMA Number will be refused and returned back to the buyer.
  6. Any items returned will be inspected before any refund or exchange to be fulfilled.

 

When your product arrives, we encourage you to take the following steps:

  • Inspect the box for damages.
  • Make sure the product name and model number matches up with your order confirmation.
  • Upon removal of all packaging, inspect product. If you received the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Exchange Policy

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Please do not attempt to install a damaged part and settle for less than what you paid for. There are a few important things to keep in mind: Products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). Also note, that light bulbs and sockets are not covered by the warranty of the product. There are additional requirements for products that ship freight.  Buyers must report to seller within 72 hours upon arrival, if product arrive damage or defective.

 

Fitment Issues

If you are having trouble installing your item, or the product does not seem to be fitting your vehicle, please let us know. Our Technical Customer Care specialists will gladly assist you in installing your product.

 
 

Lost Shipment

If you have not received your merchandise, but your tracking number indicates that it has been delivered; please contact us and a replacement will be processed within 72 business hours. We’ll cover the cost of the new product and handle the claim with the courier.
 
 

Lost Package Claims in 3 Easy Steps

Double Check (Couriers occasionally leave items in hidden locations to prevent them from being stolen, or damaged by weather. Take a look around – ask your neighbors, roommates, or family members to make sure that the package was not left somewhere close by.) > File a claim > Get your replacement (A replacement is processed for you)
 
 

Shipping Fees

For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by LIGHTUPUS, a return shipping label will be provided.
 

 

 

 Return Request and Restocking Fees – FAQ

  • Does a restocking fees apply, if the buyer refuses the package or returned due undeliverable address? Yes, We reserve the right to charge a return shipping and handling when a return is due to Buyer refuses delivery or wrong shipping address or undeliverable address provided
  • Does a restocking fee apply if, a buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller? Yes, minimum 50%
  • Does a restocking fee apply if, Item arrives to the buyer damaged or defective? No, but buyers must report to seller within 72 hours upon arrival if product arrive damage or defective. NO replacement or refund will be allow if problem is not reported before 72 hours after delivered. If you have any other reasons not listed here, please contact us for more information.

 

EASY RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS


1. SUBMIT A REQUEST
Fill out the form and click the”submit a request” button below 

2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Receive return authorization (RMA) form with the order information (may take 24-72 hours)

3. SHIP IT BACK
Print and attach the provided RMA receipt to the outside of the box

4. RECEIVE REPLACEMENTS
Once the merchandise is received your refund or replacements will be process within 48 hours
